let me tell you a story..
one day (actually, it's today),
a girl dressed up in blue uniform, all prepared to go school and decided she should wear spectacles for the day since her contact lens was dued. while she stepped out of the house, her e
very-morning-must-meet kaki smsed her to tell her to go school alone because she was having some problems with her stomach. suay as she already is (by wearing specs and not having to go school with her
stomachache-friend), she had to look up at the MRT board which flashes 2minutes for the arrival of the next train towards Pasir Ris. she dashed up the escalator with full might and... and... and...
FELL DOWN
omg, it was indeed embarrassing. but she had to brace herself up and chiong for the coming train. so she topped up her negative valued card and ran up another flight of escalator again. blood was dripping from her shin and mind you, it's
thick dark red blood oozing out. scratches are found at both her shins and her thigh. alone and in pain, she shivered. and of all people she had to see, she saw this
oh-so-you-fell?-you-are-like-omg-damn-clumsy person. that
person kept insisted that she was clumsy so she fell, without even asking how she was, let alone lending a hand for her to lean on. luckily, she met her other 2 friends at the MRT station and helped her. thanks.
understatement of the day:
NEVER RUN UP THE ESCALATOR
**
so here i am, sitting in front of the computer, typing what happened in that few hours of the morning (and just realized that it's STILL in the morning), while others are in school having lessons. what a self-declared holiday.
coincidentally, my stomachache-friend is also not in school. get well soon, girl! =)
i think i'm still lucky in a sense that i could use this day to touch up on all those i've not covered from the collected-dust pile of work. so off i go, first thing to clean off the dust and start working on my pile, while waiting for
the boyfriend to pop by. =)
looking forward
